We anchored this white eyelet casual dress with a wide, sheer lace panel right at the natural waist. It acts almost like a soft corset—pulling the silhouette in sharply before flaring out into a subtle peplum over the skirt.
Instead of playing up the sweetness of the floral cut-outs, the deep plunging V-neck and button-front closure give it a sharper, more adult edge. Because this cap sleeve spring midi is cut from a rigid, non-stretch cotton blend, it physically holds that architectural shape. You don't have to worry about it losing form or clinging weirdly after an hour of sitting. Ground the delicacy of the lace with a heavy leather loafer or a dark Mary Jane flat instead of sandals.
