What are the benefits of having a RIHOAS account?

How do I register?

Firstly, click the account icon in the home navigation bar, then click the 'Create account' link and fill in your email address, password and name as required. Finally click the 'CREATE' button.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the account icon in the home navigation bar ,then click the ‘forgot your password?’ link. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

ORDERS

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order status cannot be modified.

Does our store have any coupons or promotions?

What payment methods can I use with my order?

Currently we provide two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.

Is it safe to purchase items on rihoas.com?

Absolutely! it is safe to shop on rihoas.com. All your personal information and credit card will be encrypted.

Before confirming the transaction, our payment department will check whether there is a fraud in each transaction to ensure your safety.

When will I be charged?

As soon as an order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically made to verify the validity of a card and any available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this stage; any amounts will be debited when the item(s) is shipped, and an email confirmation of this shipment will be sent to you. 

In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s), via PayPal, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been shipped.

What currency do you accept for payment?

All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.

Prices can be displayed in multiple currencies.

SHIPPING

What shipping methods are available, and how's the cost?

Express Shipping is now limited to US addresses, and the shipping fee is US$22.99. For other countries, please choose Standard Shipping.

For the cost, you can enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $69.00. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be charged.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries in the world. You can double-check on the shipping page.

If you can't find your country on the shipping page, kindly send us an email and we'll do our best to get you covered.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent.

You can also check it on the Order section of your account. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.

Shipping time also can vary from region to region, but delivery will occur within approximately 1-2 weeks. For detailed information, please visit our shipping page.

How do I change my address once an order has been placed ?

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What conditions need to be fulfilled to return an item?

(1) Please request a return within 14 days upon reception.

(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rihoas.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

We do not currently offer pre-paid shipping label. We would offer you a partial or full refund once you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Do you offer exchanges?
