Description
The challenge with office wear is finding one dress that is both professional and flattering—not just a shapeless uniform.
This brown midi dress is the solution, and its power is in its hybrid design. We combined the sharp, professional tailoring of a notched-collar shirt dress with the fluid movement of a fully pleated skirt.
The brilliance is in the fabric. We intentionally chose a no-stretch polyester because it’s the only way to guarantee those pleats stay sharp and the A-line silhouette remains perfectly structured all day. A softer, stretch-fabric would sag and wrinkle by lunch. This material delivers a crisp, polished look from 9-to-5.
The button-front defines the bodice, cinching at the natural waist before releasing into the pleats. This gives you a classic hourglass shape and the freedom to move. This is the perfect, one-step solution for looking powerful and put-together at work.
