Vintage Dresses
Timeless Elegance, Vintage Dresses
True style never fades. At RIHOAS, we are obsessed with designs that stand the test of time—the soft drape of a fabric, the romance of a nipped waist, and silhouettes that tell a story.
Drawing inspiration from the golden age of cinema and the effortless vibe of French streets, our vintage collection invites you to bring a touch of nostalgia into your modern life. Whether it’s for a candlelit dinner or a slow Sunday morning, these pieces are designed to make you feel quietly confident and effortlessly chic.
Cinematic Textures & Details
We believe a dress should feel as good as it looks. That’s why we focus on fabrics with character—the rich sheen of velvet, the intricate depth of jacquard, or the soft embrace of a rib-knit. These are details that catch the light and create a mood, turning everyday moments into movie scenes. No complicated styling needed; the dress speaks for itself.
Vintage Soul, Modern Fit
We don’t do costumes; we do forever pieces. We’ve taken the most beloved elements of the past—classic square necklines, puff sleeves, and romantic polka dots—and refined the fit for the woman of today. It’s the perfect blend of retro romance and modern wearability. This is our definition of timeless: style that moves with you, from this season to the next.
Q&A
"Can I wash these in a machine?"
Most of our 90s cotton button-downs are machine washable! However, for anything with beading (1920s style) or rayon crepe (1940s style), we always recommend dry cleaning or hand washing to preserve the fiber and color vibrancy.
"I have a short torso. Which era fits best?"
You’re in luck. 1950s fashion often features a slightly shorter bodice to hit the natural waist (the smallest part of your ribcage), making it incredibly flattering for petite frames or short torsos.
"Is 'Retro' quality worse than 'True Vintage'?"
Not here. While "true vintage" is fragile, our retro-inspired clothing uses modern fabric technology—meaning you get the stretch, breathability, and durability that old fabrics lack, without losing the aesthetic.
