On the surface this is a simple blue mini dress but the combination of the turtleneck, ruching, and A-line cut makes it more interesting than most. The ruching sits naturally along the body without pulling or puckering, and the A-line flare gives it a lightness that a straight-cut mini dress wouldn't have. Fabric feels soft and comfortable all day — the turtleneck doesn't irritate even after hours of wear, which isn't always the case.

I wasn't sure how the turtleneck and ruching combination would work together but it's actually really well-balanced. The ruching through the body creates shape without looking overdone, and the turtleneck gives the whole dress a slightly more polished, put-together feel than a standard neckline would. The A-line cut flares out gently from the waist which makes it comfortable to move in and flattering on the hip area. Fabric is soft and smooth with a slight stretch — no stiffness around the turtleneck which was my main concern.

Therefore, we form RIHOAS unique vision, which aims to tailor clothes that flatter the curve, choose stylish colors and patterns, and use fabrics that promote a feeling.
Carefully picked fabrics
We mainly use natural fabircs like cotton and eco-friendly linen, and nature-sourced man-made fabrics like quality viscose and polyester. At Rihoas, we need our fabrics to be flattering as well as comfortable.
