Beautiful Dress, but size down

The dresses I ordered are beautiful and look well made, but the size large, which is what I wear was like a size medium at least, so size down. Also, the customer service is not good at all! You only have 14 days from the date delivered. There was no phone number to call, so I had to email to get help for a return. It took 3 days to get a response. I then emailed back again, with no response, so the 14 days passed by. There prices are low, but I think they bank on no returns, so it's misleading
