It is made of Polyester. Polyester is an artificial fiber that feels soft, looks lustrous, and dries fast. It's also durable, with good resistance to wrinkles, stains, and sunlight.
Description:
The combination of a cap sleeve and round neck makes women's neck and shoulder line smooth, while the red serves as a good foil to the skin color texture of women. Similarly, the side split and ruched design add enough sense of design to it, well-designed to brighten the whole dress. The high-waisted design offers women a good figure ratio.

So the quality of the dress is pretty bad, the fabric is very cheap. If your arms are a bit bigger, the sleeves won’t fit so you have to keep that in mind. But the fit is very flattering and I love the design. It isn’t something you’ll be wearing for years, but definitely a pretty dress
