It's low back, so you may have to wear a special bra if you need one (like I do).
The waist says 26" but the smallest part of the dress is about the waist. So measure 1.5" above the smallest part of your waist. I should have gotten a small. I'm 27" above the waist and it JUST fits. Kind of snug.
It's double lined, very pretty.
